Refund policy
At West On Main, we want you to love your purchase. We carefully curate every collection and are always happy to help with sizing, fit, or styling questions before you order.
Shipping
We currently ship across Canada.
- Free shipping on all orders over $150 CAD
- Flat rate shipping of $15 CAD on orders under $150
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days and shipped expidited
- Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped
Please note that shipping times may vary during launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume. West On Main is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.

Local pickup is available at our storefront:

Monday - Saturday, 10-5
You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.
In-Store Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love every piece you purchase in-store at West On Main, however if something isn’t quite right, eligible regular-priced items may be returned for store credit within 14 days. Please note: promotionally purchased & seasonal items are final sale unless communicated otherwise.
In-store purchases eligible for store credit:
- Must be accompanied by proof of purchase
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags must still be attached
- Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, or damage
Online Returns & Exchanges
Ordering online can be tricky, we get that. If your order isn't working out the way you had hoped promptly email returns@westonmain.ca and please provide your order number. Online orders are subject to a full refund (minus shipping costs) up to 14 days from the delivery date.
Online purchases eligible for refund:
- Must be approved prior to returning
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags and packaging must still be intact
- Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, or damage
- Final sale, seasonal and promotional items are final sale unless stated otherwise
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as West On Main is not responsible for lost return packages.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale:
- Sale or discounted merchandise
- Bodysuits
- Jewelry
- Undergarments/intimates
- Gift cards
- Seasonal/promotional items
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at returns@westonmain.ca and we will make it right as quickly as possible.
